Innovation Garage GTM Lead

Accenture needed a repeatable go-to-market motion to convert AI and innovation prototyping work into sold engagements — prototyping was producing strong demos that stalled after the workshop instead of converting into scoped, funded work.

GTM Lead. I built and owned the offer, the pipeline mechanics, and the origination process — and ran customer discovery sessions directly, across a broad portfolio of accounts rather than a small set I owned long-term.

I built the reporting dashboard, governance cadence, and stage-zero origination materials that became the operating system underneath the motion — not just the pitch deck, but the mechanics that let other teams run it without me in the room. Because I wasn't the long-term account owner on most of these engagements, the motion had to work independent of any single relationship.

Add one concrete anecdote here: a specific moment a prototype landed well in a workshop and you redirected credit to the team that built it. Name what you actually said or did — this is the detail that makes the "enabler" pattern real instead of asserted.

The motion contributed to more than $500M in won revenue and more than $1B in influenced pipeline.
